We have been cleaning exteriors around Jacksonville for 2 years, and 200+ houses in this area have been through it. The work grew on word of mouth, which is a slower way to build and a harder one to fake: every one of those jobs had to be good enough for the next call to come.
Dream Clean Home Services LLC is a registered Florida company, and the part that matters is the standard on site. A first time house and one we have washed three times get the same walkthrough, the same soft wash, and the same look at the result before we leave.
Everything is bought and paid for and it lives on our trailer: the pressure equipment, the surface cleaner for concrete, the soft wash setup for siding and roofs, the filtered water for glass. Owning the right tool for each surface is the difference between a wash that holds and one that looks good until the next rain.
We work within 35 miles of Jacksonville, most jobs land one to two weeks out, and a standard house wash takes about an hour. You get a real date when you call, and we say so when a surface needs something other than what you asked for.
